Also plugged into the network is a HP 2550N printer. This is setup on the machine with the latest drivers. When a user is in any program (say MS Word, or Excel) and they want to print 2 items of the current document, they press the Print button along the toolbar along the top twice in quick succession (they do it this way for 2 pages as it is much faster than going File->Print and selecting 2 copies.
