I recently ran into Redhat Bug 512613 - Smartmontools cause hard drives behind a SAS controller to get dropped (or perhaps a similar bug), where I used smartctl to query /dev/sgX which promptly knocked one of my drives offline. The following error was occurring; I get one blank page, then the second page shows ERROR: undefined OFFENDING COMMAND: get STACK: /quit -dictionary- -mark Resolution: Try the advanced options on the print window. I managed to resolve the issue by selecting print as image, though you may try the other options in that menu as well. They might give a better result.
