Code: ERROR: ioerror OFFENDING COMMAND: setcolorspace STACK: [/CIEBasedABC -dictionary- ] This came out of the machine when the customer tried to print a Word document on their Mac OSX's (varying versions). From PCs with PS it worked just fine with the same document. When I got on-site the customer said he'd fixed the problem by pulling the ethernet cable from the machine and putting it back in (?), so now it works. Has anyone seen this or have any idea why it happens?
