You can try these: 1. first make a copy of the file. 2. Select All/Convert text to outlines and make PDF. Does that work? 3. If not, start a new file. Copy and paste each item individually to the new file and try to make a pdf each time. You will soon work out the offending item. This usually error undefined offending happens when they print out of Adobe Distiller. What's odd about this issue is that the document itself usually prints out fine without any visible issue, but then it prints an additional page with nothing but that error message on it.
