Details This error only occurs with the Hewlitt Packard 4M printer. Other Hewlitt Packard printers (4ML, 4MV, or the 4M+) do not have this same issue. Enabling the Proof option in the Print dialog box causes PageMaker to print all objects as gray boxes. If the publication prints without error, the problem was caused by an object. You can determine which object causes the error by printing ranges of pages with the Proof option enabled. Once you find the problem object, reimport it or obtain the object in
