Solutions Do one or more of the following: Solution 1 Reset the printer's memory by turning the printer or the RIP off, waiting approximately 30 seconds, then turning it back on. When printing, some applications download preparation files that occupy printer memory. Clearing the printer's memory after printing from an application that downloads a printer preparation file ensures the maximum amount of memory is available for printing. Solution 2 If the document includes downloadable fonts, manually download the outline (printer) fonts to the printer's RAM or hard disk, or decrease the number of downloadable fonts used in the document. This is intended for people who have to try and deal with PostScript errors. You don't need to know anything about PostScript, except that it is a language that gets sent to a printer.
