dialogue. I seem to get this message now and again. Error in event handler code for OnClick event for 'Print': Amyuni Low Level Print: Layout name: Summary@\\Enterprise\Users\steve.reid\Alpha Five V8\jobs.ddd Layout type: report Result stack underflow When I try and run or edit the report in the control panel I get an error information box popping up saying "result stack underflow". If I shut down alpha and re-start it sometimes it resolves itself - other times the error continues. It error syntax error offending command stack seems completely random. Any ideas? Its being stubborn this morning and I cant get any work done! Took me a while to find that restarting Alpha, so far, has always worked for me. Interestingly, desktop report preview while in design mode does not give the problem. But running the report from the desktop or web does. Bill. I am a desktop support engineer for a large company here in error offending command the UK. I have an issue with 3500 printers syntax erroring on random documents. I am told by our problem management that there is nothing we can do as the printers are rubbish, but I dont belive this.Users are receiving errors when printing documents to Xerox 3500 Printers, some of these have been seen on 7400’s too.On a 3500 - Printing PS3 is displayed on the printer for around 30 seconds maybe more. Nothing prints and error printing is displayed on the user’s computer. Rebooting the printer seems to resolve this however the issue will return.Sometimes only half of a document will print (This includes windows test pages). (it's not just as simple as 'open with swriter - export to pdf, i'd need to re-jig the formatting, which is a no-no with controlled documents) but thanks for trying! what i find incredibly frustrating is that it worked fine last week, no problems whatsoever. But, you may also want to look at Primo PDF which is a free PDF writer - been using it for yars and it's great. Worth a try if you're still stuck.
