It would be useful if there were further comments and not just this MessageBox. WinSCP didn't stop working after this messages, but I didn't trust it anymore, this is not reliable enough to work with, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled 4.3.4. where I never had this error. I could not reproduce the error, but after a while it came nearly for sure. I installed previously 5.0 beta over stable 4.3.4. My System is Windows XP SP3 Professional (32 Bit). This is the part of the logfile, when the Error occured, I think (but I am not sure): Quote: . 2011-09-13 23:24:23.715 Opened channel for session . 2011-09-13 23:24:24.012 Started a shell/command . 2011-09-13 23:24:24.012 Doing startup conversation with host. > 2011-09-13 23:24:24.028 Type: SSH_FXP_INIT, Size: 5, Number: -1 < 2011-09-13 23:24:24.340 Type: SSH_FXP_VERSION, Size: 5, Number: -1 . 2011-09-13 23:24:24.340 SFTP version 3 negotiated. . 2011-09-13 23:24:24.340 We believe the server has signed timestamps bug . 2011-09-13 23:24:24.340 We will use UTF-8 strings when appropriate . 2011-09-13 23:24:24.340 Changing directory to "/TRANSFER". . 2011-09-13 23:24:24.340 Getting real path for '/TRANSFER' > 2011-09-13 23:24:24.340 Type: SSH_FXP_REALPATH, Size: 18, Number: 883728 < 2011-09-13 23:24:24.419 Type: SSH_FXP_NAME, Size: 41, Number: 883728 . 2011-09-13 23:24:24.419 Real path is '/TRANSFER' . 2011-09-13 23:24:24.419 Trying to open directory "/TRANSFER". > 2011-09-13 23:24:24.419 Type: SSH_FXP_LSTAT, Size: 18, Number: 883975 < 2011-09-13 23:24:24.497 Type: SSH_FXP_ATTRS, Size: 37, Number: 883975 . 2011-09-13 23:24:24.497 Getting current directory name. . 2011-09-13 23:24:24.512 Directory content load
