Consequently, I attempted to uninstall all previous versions of MS on my computer; however, this was unsuccessful with the Add and Remove Programs utility and FixIt solutions, leading me to follow a guide to uninstall MS 2007 manually to remove MS 2010 (I could not find a similar guide for 2010). Now when I attempt to install MS 2010, I receive the error that legacy MS Groove software is on my computer, conflicting with my MS SharePoint Workspace. Furthermore, when deselecting SharePoint from installation, I receive another error that the installer cannot find Office.en-us\OfficeMUISet.msi. I am running a 64-bit Windows 7 OS. Any information on how to help me fix this problem would be appreciated greatly. Discussion in 'Windows 7 Help and Support' started by jackfruit, Dec 10, 2009. jackfruit New MemberJoined:Dec 10, 2009Messages:12Likes Received:0 I just installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64 (version 6.1 build 7600). I cannot install any software related with msi. For example, if I install Office 2007, there will be a pop up message "Setup cannot find Office.en-us\OfficeMUI.msi" and the installation has to be cancelled. Other software installation has the same issue. All of them pop up a message "Setup cannot find XXXX\YYYYY.msi".
