I am unable to browse my databases, not through EM or QA (using the "use" command) BAs#ically. I was running a huge index, i was applying a clustered index on a database and it hadnt finished by 4 this mornging so i set it to roll back. Now i cannot access the database and i am afraid to stop and start the service incase it doesnt start again. Does anyone know how i can find out whats going on, and if for some reason the indexing has jammed it or something. Odds are, the rollback is still happening. One thing you can do is set some performance counters on the server and monitor the disk use. If there are a lot of reads and writes occuring and no one is accessing the database, chances are SQL Server is trying to recover your data by rolling back the index. Unfortunately,
