On page 6 of your owner's manual, step 3 shows a diagram to remove the shipping bolts. On that diagram, you can see the motor and the power cord wrapped around it. Click on the following link to get a copy of your owner's manual on .pdf format, scroll to page six and magnify it to 400%, you should be able to see the blue circuit board and two white fuses.
