There is a problem with the optical sensor on your treadmill. Look at your motor and there is a disc with holes in it mounted to the motor. On top of the motor there is a sensor where the disc passes through. The problem could be the bracket is bent or the disc is dirty. After doing that follow the instructions below for proper motor diagnosis:# XXXXX a 12-18 volt dc battery fully charged(like one from a cordless drill)# XXXXX sure it is fully charged, because it won't work if not# XXXXX the + and - to the motor red is pacemaster pro plus + and black is -# XXXXX the motor turns slightly your motor is ok, if not the motor is bad and would need replaced# XXXXX the motor is ok then your motor controller(the board with the metal) is malfunctioning and would need replaced. To connect the wires just touch the red wire to the positive terminal of the battery and the black wire to the negative terminal.
