Some transactions seem to go through - others do not. I am getting a lot of clients complaining that they cannot use PayPal so have to revert to Google Checkout. This is the error I get: PayPal response: TIMESTAMP -> 2011-07-24T21:25:34Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10417 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Transaction cannot complete.
