If you have a different computer try it there - if you get the same problem it's likely a bad CD but in most cases we see, the CD is fine. 2) A bad DVD reader. Sometimes on disks with a lot of data the DVD reader reads fine in the middle of the disk where the data starts but as it reached the outside it starts to fail. 3) Bad memory. As you install the

They typically indicated a bad disk. Definately check with CA tech support.
