Backup your prompting folder in this directory C:\Program Files\Business Objects\common\3.5\crystalreportviewers115\prompting 3. I built an app that used the calendar. It ran fine until a user upgraded to Office 2010. The calendar control is no longer provided with Office 2010. Not sure this is the issue since that was a VB6 app. Can you tell are they using the Crystal prompt screen or did the app provide one? mlmcc 0 Message Author Comment by:Star792013-06-04 they are using the crystal prompt screen 0 LVL 100 Overall: Level 100 Crystal Reports 94 Message Active today Expert Comment by:mlmcc2013-06-04 I don't know if that is affected or not.
