Compare the IE settings and ActiveX control settings, possibly even the version of Java that is installed. Was this working previously using SP0?Thank youDon Alert Moderator Like (0) Re: Internet Explorer Script Error in Crystal Reports on some machines Daniel Knfel Dec 5, 2008 9:42 AM (in response to Daniel Knfel) Currently Being Moderated Hi Thanks for your answer. We never had any problems using the previous runtime. I found out something surprising. The report references some javaScript and css files that are not present on the machine where the report is not working. However, on other machines, all these missing files exist, and the reports are displayed properly. Maybe the installation failed to install these files properly. Alejandro Araujo Jul 12, 2012 10:44 AM Wouldn't it be great if we could do without Crystal Reports, and simply https://communities.bmc.com/thread/68354?tstart=0 use a built-in reporting tool as the one used in FootPrints Service Core? The report has one parameter, job number, which is entered using the standard Crystal Prompt, delivered by the viewer. This works fine on my development machine (running Windows XP Prof), yet I've deployed it on two W2K Servers and on both of them they get a script error "'undefined' is undefined".
