works in some user accounts (on the same machine) and not on others. Even if i completely ieframe.dll/preview.js ie 11 delete a "defective" account, then make a new one with the same name, it still won't work in the new account. I tried "regsvr32 ole32.dll", "regsvr32 actxprxy.dll", "regsvr32 oleaut32.dll" https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2652062 and "regsvr32.exe /n /i ieframe.dll" in elevated prompt; no help. I tried completely resetting ie8 settings (internet options -> advanced); no help. I tried internet explorer (no add-ons); no help. I tried ie8-rereg. 32on64 from http://iefaq. Info/index.php?Action=artikel&cat=42&id=133&artlang=en; worked for a single print, then completely failed. Computer came with a norton free trial. I ran "norton removal tool"; http://windows.ifmdb.com/1HVC7Ckq-script-error-print-problem.html no help. Security now is mse (no third party firewall or anti-spy). Scans show no malware.
