Possible Causes A file in the users "ClassCD Material" folder may be corrupt, missing, relocated or unable to properly function. Possible Solutions 1. If running the courseware fro a different workstation solves the problem, reinstall the software on the original computer by deleting the "ClassCD Material" folder located at the root of the computer's hard drive. The user should now be able to run the courseware successfully. 2. If running the courseware from a different workstation does not solve the problem, try to rcreate the steps and email them to questions@faulknerpress.com, so we can research the issue. We will work to provide a solution to the user. Still getting script errors? If you still get the script or runtime error messages, the problem might be that you have some unwanted spyware or adware installed on your computer. We recommend that you scan your computer with Bazooka Adware and Spyware Scanner which seems to be frequently updated. SpyBot is also spyware scanner. Still need help?Please send us an email.
