Good day. :) I really do apologize for the inconvenience and I do understand why you're venting out with these bugs or issues in QuickBooks. But I noticed, while I'm reading your post, you mentioned that you're using Mozilla Firefox as your browser. I know this should not matter because you're not using any online QuickBooks services but once you open QuickBooks, there are still features automatically running on your application that needs to pull up Internet explorer since that browser is a default browser for QuickBooks. We might need to have Internet explorer so those features will function properly and won't give you any errors just like those errors related to Internet explorer. I will still give you article here that can help us fix it, but if ever it won't fix the problem, I would suggest that you install Internet explorer on your computer.
