A shame, because I really script error like the look of IE 9, and especially the feature where you can separate tabs to view side by side on the screen. But I absolutely could not print any page at all from the web. Print preview was fine, printer software comes up, wait 10 seconds, then Script Error, Error 2107. I have seen many, many posts about this same error, but the internet explorer 11 suggested fixes never work and I tried every single one of them. Is this a known error with IE 9, or do we need to wait for new drivers? I am using: Win 7 32 bit HP Officejet 6500n wireless all in one printer Thanks! tgrover54, May 17, 2011 #1 Sponsor Phantom010 Trusted Advisor Joined: Mar 9, 2009 Messages: 34,572 Open IE. Click Tools > Internet Options > Advanced. Click to select the Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer) and Disable script debugging (Other) check boxes, and then click to clear the Display a notification about every script error check box. By default, IE has the opposite settings for script debugging. Upgrading to IE9 may be resetting them to default. Windows.Print is supported by all major browsers. Post some code. –Hituptony Jun 5 '12 at 14:44 Please provide your code which executes JavaScript, it's impossible to guess what is wrong. –Wirone Jun 5 '12 at 14:45 Very, very long discussion about the same problem: social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/ieitprocurrentver/thread/… –powtac Jun 5 '12 at 15:10 did you solve it? –victorio May 7 '13 at 9:49 add a comment| 3 Answers 3 active oldest votes up vote 6 down vote You can also get this error in IE10 if you are calling window.close() immediately after window.print(), especially if your DOM is large. My guess is that the page has not finished rendering when IE10 executes the window.print() call. You can therefore get around this issue by: Calling window.close() within a hover event on the page. A print dialgue will steal the user's focus, so the hover event wont fire until the user has finished dealing with the dialogue. We found this to be the best solution. Not calling window.close() at all for IE10 c
