I typed up a better version an error has for someone else's similar question:Same thing happened here. I'm the IT Director at a school and I found that it's the 'Help' and 'Getting Started' things that open up with a company file.Say yes at first to run scripts.. don't send error report.. When the script error happens again you should say no and close the help window. Now you should be able to get into options.. Edit -> Preferences.Go into the options (hopefully QB is responding for you. it took me two tries, but I got in and turned off those options)It seems that intuit's Help webpage that loads has a javascript error and that's screwing with the legitimate program's ability to run.
