Ever since, I have had constant Internet Explorer Script Error pop-ups, even though I use Firefox. The virus hid all my files and ads will play in the background of my computer even with my browser closed. Task Manager does not show any strange programs running when the ads are playing.I am not very computer savvy yet have attempted to fix the problem myself. However, I can't remove the virus without assistance. So far, I deleted the Windows Restore icon that was on my desktop and ran multiple scans with Malwarebytes and Norton 360. I remove the viruses that are detected by the scan, however, the virus remains. I make sure to download the latest version of Malwarebytes before every scan attempt. If someone could help me remove the virus I would greatly appreciate it. This virus has ruined my weekend so far and I would love to have a fully functioning computer again. Thanks!
