Since re-installing, every time I launch the Sims http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/Info-Script-Errors-on-the-Launcher/td-p/2216747 3 Launcher, I get an error message like this: (!) An error has occurred in the script on this page! Line: 0 Char: 0 Error: Script error Code: 0 URL: http://be.sponsorpay.com/assets/web_client.js Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? [YES] [NO] I've tried yes and no, nothing is working. I can still get into the game, but usually I later get http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/766200/script-error-on-sims-3-launcher another error saying something crashed while playing. I don't know what's wrong with my game! I just want it to run normally. I am not a "Computer Whiz" simmer, and I really need some help! 0 Comments kreepsymusic Posts: 147 Member August 2014 Having the same problem 0 PandoraBoxx Posts: 113 Member August 2014 Update Adobe Flashplayer might solve this/ 0 Bily_jednorozec Posts: 1,455 Member August 2014 For me it don't helps, updated all yesterday, this specific scripterror is stalking me more than 1 month. It doesn't even say what file, on this page but I've looked at my main javascript file, viewing the page source, etc. This has happened to me before and I've looked around until I finally find an error with the code -- usually a comma -- but I would really like to get some use out of these line/char numbers. I read once that it's a reference to the internal version of the page that IE reads from. Does anyone have information on how to find out what these numbers actually mean and see the line of code that's causing the problem?
