Then i went to make local users. When i go to user accounts i get this message. The first time i run it, it doesn't display the error, but any time after that it does. If i go to user accounts using a different account then it always shows the error. regardless if i click yes or no, it closes the window and then the user accounts page opens up. weird! I've searched the tubes and found nothing useful, maybe i didn't search in the right places. Microsoft knows about this error, but they have no solution to fix it, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/886617. This is a fresh install so it's very unlikely that it's infected with anything.
