When looking at the helpdesk emails generated by Spiceworks 5.0 in my Outlook client I get an Internet Explorer Script error of Line: 204 Char: 107 Error: Unterminated string constant Code: 0 URL: path to a temporary internet files html file I've opened the file in Notepad and it appears to be a list of my tickets in XHTML. Tickets are reopened if there is an email response to their notifications. Do you see any new comments being added to the ticket after you close them? How are you closing the ticket, through the app or ticket commands via email? If you can watch the helpdesk inbox after you close a ticket for any incoming messages within that time before the ticket is reopened, this could help troubleshoot it.
