To fix, close Outlook then open the registry editor. (Press Windows key + R then type regedit in the text box and press Enter.) Browse to find this key: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Typelib\0006F062-0000-0000-C00-000000000046. Under the key are two keys: 1.0 and 1.1. You need to delete the 1.0 key (Right click on the key and choose Delete). When you reopen Outlook, the script error no longer appears.
