After getting this error message the email(s) do not print at all. It's almost that Lotus Notes is using IE files to print. When the email is forwarded to the same users or a diffrent users email the email will print without the script error message. What most likely happens is that the mail is an HTML mail, and Notes tries to get the page 'in shape'. You could try to use a different setting for the Internet Browser that is used: see the current Location document, Internet Browser tab, and select something else, just to see what happens.
