can't get my online banking to open inside of QB. I can get to where i put in

my username and password but it continues to kick me back to the banking online homepage. I can open my online banking using internet explorer but it will not open https://community.intuit.com/questions/1023339-why-am-i-getting-this-script-error-all-the-time in QB. I have windows 7 and i had internet explorer 11 and i deleted 10 & 11, so now i just have 9. I've deleted my history and cookies. I've added my bank website and intuit to trusted sites. Ive set all my securtiy to recommended. I don't know what else to try. The bank confirmed that I am in fact "logged on" but QB just won't display the bank information.
