Good day. :) I really do apologize for the inconvenience and I do understand why you're venting out with these bugs or issues in QuickBooks. But I noticed, while I'm reading your post, you mentioned that you're using Mozilla Firefox as your browser. I know this should not matter because you're not using any online QuickBooks services but once you open QuickBooks, there are still features automatically running on your application that needs to pull up Internet explorer since that browser is a default browser for QuickBooks. However, I should have mentioned that I'm using Firefox. I will look for an update to see if that changes anything. The problem started today. sicambrian × Close Why do you want to report this? Spam Profanity Threats/Abuse Inappropriate Virus/Danger Broken Links Other If you have the desktop version of QuickBooks, using firefox as the browser is not really associated with the issue. QuickBooks is tied heavily in it's code to IE. If you are using the the Online Version, the script errors can come from a broken or out of date Java. QBooksConsulting × Close Why do you want to report this? Spam Profanity Threats/Abuse Inappropriate Virus/Danger Broken Links Other Thanks. I checked Java and it is updated. I opened Google Chrome and it works better in there. No Mac updates either. In Firefox I also cleared my browser cache, now I'm getting a spinning circle that goes on and on. sicambrian × Close Why do you want to report this? Spam Profanity Threats/Abuse Inappropriate Virus/Danger Broken Links Other I'll just use Google Chrome for now. Rebooting also didn't help. sicambrian Comment View more No answers have been posted This post has been closed and is not open for comments or answers. More Actio
