Spam Profanity Threats/Abuse Inappropriate Virus/Danger Broken Links Other Answer First step is to contact your network administrator. A socket 10060 error typically shows up when your system doesn't receive a response from host to a given command, and this can be caused mostly by internal network issues. Please find out if you recently made any changes in your firewall or networking equipment. Your ISP may have also "re-provisioned" your modem, which kicked it to https://community.intuit.com/questions/1287034-cannot-resolve-socket-error-10060 a different gateway so you may need to ask them to "re-provision" your modem again. Have you changed your operating system recently? Have you installed new anti-virus software? Did your anti-virus software recently receive new virus definitions that unintentionally blocked a port/connection to prevent QB from connecting? Do you have a server that hosts your company file and program files and has this server been reconfigured in any way recently? You see my point, there are too many variables on your end. Bottom line is you are probably experiencing issues due to local network issues, not Intuit. Good luck, Alexander BondarenkoQuickBooks Certified ProAdvisorIrvine, CA Was this answer helpful?
