Although it is small, it is extremely important that I get this fixed as soon as possible. These are the two error messages that I get when I am trying to send/receive emails from a mail account hosted on cPanel/WHM server. ([emailprotected]) The host 'mail.genec-lori.com' could not be found.

I have already verified that the server name and account settings are correct. I have also tried using port 25, which also failed, so I went ahead with the SSL port 465, which also gave me the same problem. How do I fix this problem? Thanks in advance for all the help. I extremely appreciate your time and response. Is this because the customer just moved in with me from another host and maybe his DNS is not fully updated on his end? He can access FTP servers and his site, why not his mail? Why does he have to use his site IP to access his mail? Reply With Quote 0 03-22-2006,09:26 PM #3 Central Dispatch View Profile View Foru
