I am new to classic asp, and have a limited amount of experience. The coding is being edited from Adobe Dreamweaver CS5. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/38882360/troubleshooting-classic-asp-syntax-error-missing-operator-in-query-expression The page runs without any issues for users which follows the firstname.lastname naming convention. The classic asp site is being run on Windows Server 2008 on IIS 7. The asp page displays searches from Microsoft Access databases without any errors for users that doesn't have an apostrophe; eg. David.Smith. However when an user has an apostrophe in their name tries to search an Microsoft Access database, the following error is shown: Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression. e.g. Steven O'Neill Has anyone has been able to reponse an error such as this in a classic asp page?
