According to the php manual the "use" statement is defined in (PHP 5 >= 5.3.0) only. Were I am using php 5.4.x it is working but on the sites with php 5.2.x this error occurs. So if you have php < 5.3.0 this Gmap module upgrade 7.x-2.9 will not work.. :( But how to solve it is something else...
