I can preview the file within the message and I can save the file in My Documents and then open it. Everytime I need to open a PowerPoint file https://www.ablebits.com/office-addins-blog/2011/11/30/excel-open-corrupt-files/ attached to an email, a window opens asking me to repair the file. After I hit OK, then another window opens saying that there was an error accessing the same file. Take a look at the screen shots I have attached to this message.
