A lot of times it can even be popular software that just has bugs in it. Also, this referenced memory error happens in software programs related to firewalls, anti-virus, anti-spyware and the like. Since then I have 2 servers that will randomly (but frequently) display the following error message after logging into a published desktop:Application popup: Windows - Application Error : http://discussions.citrix.com/topic/102921-application-popup-windows-application-error/ The instruction at "0x536b90d6" referenced memory at "0x00001130". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program Click on CANCEL to debug the program If you click "OK" the error and the session disappear. If you click on the published desktop again it will let you into the session. I noticed too that once this issue occurs the cached copy of the mandatory profile will not delete. I'm leaning towards this being a profile/user specific issue since I was able to make a change and resolve for the test user. I was able to recreate the issue at one point with a test user account. I looked at userenv logs and thought I figured out that it was appsense performance manager causing the issue. I disabled and the issue went away for my test user account. However I still see these errors quite a bit in the event logs. I can't seem to correlate the event log times and userenv logs after the fact.Server 2003 SP2 is on all servers in the farm
