I changed https://forums.iis.net/t/prev/1200780 the forest functional level to Windows 2003 so I could add a Windows 2008 DC. After I made the changed and installed the DC I get the following error: "FTP Folder Error Windows cannot access this folder. Make sure you typed the file name correctly and that you have permission to access the folder. Details: the operation timed out.
