See my answer in a separate post below! I have two forms: Calendar and frmMagnet. When a text box in Calendar is clicked, it opens frmMagnet and is supposed to call a function declared in frmMagnet. Thanks. –Mike Apr 9 '15 at 15:47 None of your VBA seems to be built events from the forms. I see no textbox_click or Form_Open subroutines and I see no functions in above code. Consider calling PopulateHeaderText subroutine in the OnOpen event of frmMagnet. –Parfait Apr 9 '15 at 16:20 I updated the code with one of my double click functions (they all follow the same format). I didn't

So when you do CB > 0, it tries to use it as a Integer. If you want to check if there are any files in pattern, you can use Dir. If the result is an empty string, then nothing was found, so you want to move files when dir returns something other than empty. Dim fso Dim filePattern As String filePattern = "H:\Credit*.xls" If Dir(filePattern) <> "" Then Set fso = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject") fso.MoveFile filePattern, "H:\Credit_Archive\" End If Dir accepts a wildcard pattern, so I think this works exactly as you want it. share|improve this answer edited Aug 21 '13 at 21:42 answered Aug 21 '13 at 21:22 Gustavo Azevedo 9316 I was trying to make the CB represent the xls files I am moving. So how would I write this code if I wanted to make sure it worked only if there was at least 1 file my h drive to move ? –ELS31987 Aug 21 '13 at 21:26 Oh, I understand. Will edit to give you a solution. –Gustavo Azevedo Aug 21 '13 at 2
