Found Dangling Ssl Error Vmware Converter
All, Triloki R. Thursday, November 29, 2007 7:05 PM Reply | Quote 0 Sign in to vote Thanks everyone. Yes Natalia, there was only one NIC on the source W2K server. HW Gather only showed one NIC in the P2V wizard. The second NIC actually didn't show up on the new W2K virtual guest when it first started up. I restarted the W2K guest, and I received the same message as before when I tried to configure the TCP/IP properties. I then went into Device Manager, uninstalled the NIC, scanned for hardware changes, and it found and reinstalled the NIC. After that, I was able to go into TCP/IP properties to configure, and the virtual NIC has been working fine since. When I went into Device Manager, I also noticed that the IDE controller appeared under Other Devices and was not properly installed. I uninstalled the IDE controller, restarted the W2K guest, and the controller was properly reinstalled by the OS. Those were the only issues, and everything has been working fine since. We conducted some testing this week, and will be migrating some p
