Friend Report Inappropriate Content on 23-07-2013 14h29 I'm really struggling to get my head round this, I can't get is to work. These are the networks I can see while I'm at home on my Samsung Galaxy S3 SmartPhone1) My home WiFi called BTHub3-XNZ5 secured connection. I can connect to this and it all works correctly.2) Two other unsecured networks, presumably mine because they both have a very strong signal. One is called BTWiFi http 500 and the other is called BTWiFi-with-FON. I can connect to either of these, and when I go to a web page, it directs me to the btopenzone.com web site to log in. It won't accept my login and doesn't send me a password reset link when I ask it to.Ok, here's the confusion...1) Firstly, why are there two unsecured connections that are aparrently for the same thing? Are they both from my hub?2) When I click Login to wi-fi now, I get a page that offers both BT Wi-fi and Fon options. What's the difference, and does that difference relate to the two unsecured networks I've mentioned?3)Ok, let's connect to BTWifi-with-FON and then select the Fon radio button on the Login screen. The login fails. I then give it my email address and it says that it's sent instructions for resetting my password, except that it doesn't. So presumably it doesn't recognise that email address. So how does this all hang together, and how can I force it to use a particular email and password? I can get into MyBT but there's nowhere there that talks about these issued as far as I can see.Any ideas how to do this? Solved! Go to Solution.
