After about 1 minute the water will drain and it will go into the rinse cycle with the same behavior of the washer drum. After another minute the water will drain and the machine just shuts off with no error code displayed. This entire cycle takes place in about 7 minutes no matter which settings I choose The technician has replaced the MCU, CCU and Pressure switch to no avail, can anyone help? I have tested the motor resistance and am getting 7.4 ohms across pins 1-2, 1-3, 2-3. Can this be the problem? Do i have to replace the Motor? Any help will be greatly appreciated Reply With Quote January 10th, 2015,06:55 PM #2 rickgburton View Profile View Forum Posts Appliance Tech - Moderator Join Date Jul 2006 Location Murray, Utah 84107, United States Posts 24,364 Check for stored error codes: The washer must be empty and the control must be in the OFF state before pressing the touchpad sequence to start the test. The F25 error code indicates the control is unable to detect motor speed. First, I would advise you to check to spin bearings for wear. To do this, grasp the basket and while turning it apply pressure in an up and down fashion as you turn it. If the bearings are worn you should feel resistance or grinding. If you do notice resistance or grinding the bearings (part of the rear outer tub) will need to be replaced.
