I have about a dozen in my laptop inbox that refuse to be deleted either singlely or collectively. I get a pop-up notice that 'An Unknown Error Has Occured'. I can't delete them or move them and always get the same pop-up error message. Shutting down and http://discussions.virtualdr.com/showthread.php?252208-RESOLVED-Can-not-Delete-email-messages restarting my laptop or Windows Live Mail does not do any good. I use Windows 7. This problem occurs only on my laptop. My desk top PC (also Windows 7) allows me to delete the same messages. My laptop is a HP Pavilion g6. How can I delete these messages? I know folks have been seeing this and the workaround didn't help me (which I'd have to go search for again since I can't even recall what it was). When I turn on my PC, I have to manually start the service :-( and then I can update Trend Micro components. Where do I find the Live Mail Error ID # ? When the window pops up, it has Windows Live Mail in the title bar and only shows the text 'An unknown error has occurred'. Tend being corrupted, well looks like it is, may be causing the error message. SMILE and post back. Let us know if it worked.
