However when running I was getting an error 0x800A1391 To fix I needed to do the following: Start Internet Explorer. On the Tools http://www.tech-problems.com/error-number-0x800a1391/ menu, click Internet Options. Click the Security tab, and then click Trusted Sites. Click Sites. Click to clear the Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone check box. In Add this Web site to the zone, type each of the following Web site addresses, and then click Add: https://*.microsoft.com https://download.windowsupdate.com https://update.microsoft.com/windowsupdate http://*.update.microsoft.com https://*.update.microsoft.com http://download.windowsupdate.com Click Close, and then click OK. If so, it may be blocking the Active-X control ...Go to your ZA "Privacy Site" list, and click on the "add" button ... enter update.microsoft.com and then "OK".Locate that entry on the Site list, and then right click on it and select "Options". Examine all three tabs and uncheck everything that is checked ...
