OS. i had it for about 1 week and the blue screen appeared. it happens around once a day without fail, no matter what i microsoft memory dump do to prevent it. i have cheaked "reliablity and proformance monitor" and it is 9/10 the OS stopped working or IExplorer. can anyone give advice? thanks Mosey. What I do is boot my computer to safe mode and run ccleaner and regcure. Also clear the temp files and prefetch files. Then restart in normal mode. I do this once or twice after the BSOD. This usually takes care of the issue but not sure how this works. To clear the temp files press the Windows logo key + R key on the keyboard and type %temp% and delete the files and type prefetch and delete all the files. Empty the recycle bin.
