Net Beans 7.3.1 and faced this annoying error a red exclamation icon on a random file jsp or java . I opened them and did not find any error. Problem with those in NetBeans 7.3 is, that in Projects View they are displayed with the Error icon http://stackoverflow.com/questions/19198755/error-parsing-file-jsp-or-java-in-netbeans-7-3-1 along with "Error parsing file". No other account or explanation is given and there are no warnings or errors within the file once it's opened in the editor.
