Contact you exchange administrator Support Code 0x85010004 I then found upon the Microsoft site Article 919864 and promptly contact Microsoft product support for the fix pack after we applied the Microsoft fix pack 919864. Within the Exchange server event viewer the application log informs us of the following code Event 1503, Source MSExchangeOMA, 403 Forbidden.(more detail below) Any ideas what I should do next ???? I followed the MS article - Exchange ActiveSync and Outlook Mobile Access errors occur when SSL or forms-based authentication is required for Exchange Server 2003.
