Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Thus, no access to transit info, library info, property tax office info or anything on the site. Using a different user account on the same PC does not result in the error message and the web pages display properly. Tried to checked and verify the same user internet settings between all users.
