Double-click on the “Add/Remove Programs” option in the Control Panel window.Step 3Click on the “Install/Uninstall” tab to see a list of programs. Remove any third-party ad removal programs, web accelerators, download assistants, security software or anti-virus software.Step 4Click on a program, and then click on the “Add/Remove” button.
