There have been several reports suggesting that distribution lists don't import/export very good. I'd suggest remaking them. EMG 1 Comment Issue:Customer reported “Internal support function returned an error sending to Distribution list” Resolution: There is a duplicate, one-off https://emg.johnshopkins.edu/?p=311 contact in the DL, containing the Internet address for a member of the Microsoft Exchange Server Global Address List (GAL). Do not use the identical display name http://www.techsupportforum.com/forums/f57/outlook-list-sending-error-554531.html for one-off contacts in a DL that also have Internet entries in the GAL.
