Outlook 2016 An Internal Support Function Returned An Error
vote I want to send a message to a mailing list in my outlook contacts. microsoft outlook 2013 an internal support function returned an error I receive the error mesage "an internal support function return an error" What can I do to resolve this? It works fine an internal support function returned an error outlook 2003 in the past. I don't know what happen and it will no longer work. If not then re-create the distribution list and check what happens. 2. Maybe a Distribution group has been recreated. Try to expand the distribution groups that are in the To/Cc/Bcc boxes. For those that you cannot expand: Delete the from the .nk2-file by starting to type the display name of the group in a To/Cc/Bcc field, set the focus on it when it appears in the drop down list and hitting the "Del" button. Then, type the display name of the distribution group once again and click the "Check Names" button. 3.
