To see if iTunes works with a drive, choose Edit > Preferences, then click the Burning tab. If your drive is listed, it will work with iTunes. If you don't see your device listed in the Burning pane of iTunes preferences, it may not be a supported drive or the correct drivers may not be installed. To install the appropriate drivers, reinstall iTunes. 0 #4 DOTCOMNUMBER7 Posted 24 August 2005 - 04:34 AM DOTCOMNUMBER7 Member Topic Starter Member 26 posts Thanks very much for your help. I have checked under the burning tab and my drive is listed: D: QSI DVDRW SDW-041 Is there anything else that could be causing the problem? 0 #5 NvidiaDude Posted 24 August 2005 - 04:52 AM NvidiaDude Banned Banned 369 posts could it be Drivers and is ITunes Supported with Windows 98 ? 0 #6 DOTCOMNUMBER7 Posted 24 August 2005 - 05:34 AM DOTCOMNUMBER7 Member Topic Starter Member 26 posts My operating system despite what it says on my username stuff is Wind
